The most reproducible PNOC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, Keratan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process, and Endodermal cell fate specification. Each is linked with PNOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNOC-to-partner and partner-to-PNOC results are reported.
