Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,383 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNOC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, Keratan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process, and Endodermal cell fate specification. Each is linked with PNOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNOC-to-partner and partner-to-PNOC results are reported.
