Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PNO1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PNO1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher PNO1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PNO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and CESC are the cancer types where PNO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
