PNO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,421 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP15, UTP4, and XPO5. Each is linked with PNO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNO1-to-partner and partner-to-PNO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNO1 versus UTP15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
