Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP231, MRPL57P6, and AKAP5. Each is linked with PNO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNO1-to-partner and partner-to-PNO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP231 grouped by PNO1-low versus PNO1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
