Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,278 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA6B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering, Transport along microtubule, and Positive regulation of TOR signaling. Each is linked with PNMA6B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA6B-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering grouped by PNMA6B-low versus PNMA6B-high in COAD.
