The most reproducible PNMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKAG2, SNX21, and COX11. Each is linked with PNMA6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA6A results are reported.
