Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX22, CRISP1, and TRDJ4. Each is linked with PNMA6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA6A results are reported.
