Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, c-Kit, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with PNMA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
