Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 944 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein destabilization, Maintenance of protein localization in endoplasmic reticulum, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with PNMA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA5 results are reported.
