Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT2, MC2R, and SPPL2C. Each is linked with PNMA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
