PNMA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN6, CACNA1A_S2464, and CLINT1. Each is linked with PNMA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
