PNMA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL1, DYRK4, and SLC6A13. Each is linked with PNMA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
