PNMA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4457, RARRES2P2, and MIR4772. Each is linked with PNMA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4457 grouped by PNMA2-low versus PNMA2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
