PNMA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 926 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM132D, NUTM1, and RUSC2. Each is linked with PNMA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM132D grouped by PNMA2-low versus PNMA2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
