Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, MTA1, and RRBP1. Each is linked with PNMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNMA1 versus DBN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
