Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOK, NOVA1, and CAND2. Each is linked with PNMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA1 results are reported.
