Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPY2DP, RNA5SP330, and CIRBP-AS1. Each is linked with PNMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPY2DP grouped by PNMA1-low versus PNMA1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
