Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Mre11, and Stathmin. Each is linked with PNMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by PNMA1-low versus PNMA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
