Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,589 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNMA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Host-mediated perturbation of viral process, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with PNMA1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA1 results are reported.
