Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,822 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNLIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRC2, REEP6, and SERPINB9. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNLIP versus MRC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
