Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,456 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNLIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP biosynthetic process, Cytoplasmic translational initiation, and Cellular oxidant detoxification. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.
