PNLIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNLIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANK2-AS1, PCGF1, and HAUS2. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANK2-AS1 grouped by PNLIP-low versus PNLIP-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
