Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOB, COL4A6, and TPR. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOB grouped by PNLIP-low versus PNLIP-high in CNS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
