PNLIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNLIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF6, OPRPN, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF6 grouped by PNLIP-low versus PNLIP-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
