The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PNLDC1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PNLDC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and COAD are the cancer types where PNLDC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
