Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNLDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,012 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNLDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with PNLDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PNLDC1 results are reported.
