PNKP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNKP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,478 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNKP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1L2, RUVBL1, and RUVBL2. Each is linked with PNKP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKP-to-partner and partner-to-PNKP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNKP versus TOM1L2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNKP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNKP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
