Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNKP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,317 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNKP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with PNKP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKP-to-partner and partner-to-PNKP results are reported.
