Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNKDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,244 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNKDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, NOL11, and DDX47. Each is linked with PNKDP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PNKDP1 results are reported.
