PNKD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNKD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,129 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNKD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKZF1, LRRFIP1, and MISP_T377. Each is linked with PNKD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKD-to-partner and partner-to-PNKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNKD versus ANKZF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
