PNKD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNKD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,852 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, PSMC3IP, and PGBD1. Each is linked with PNKD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKD-to-partner and partner-to-PNKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNKD versus RBFOX2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
