PNKD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNKD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNKD-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, SYNC, and FAM219A. Each is linked with PNKD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNKD-to-partner and partner-to-PNKD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INCENP grouped by PNKD-low versus PNKD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNKD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNKD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
