PNISR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNISR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,762 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNISR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC2, ORC3, and PHIP. Each is linked with PNISR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNISR-to-partner and partner-to-PNISR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNISR versus HDAC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNISR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNISR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
