Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNISR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNISR-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, ZNHIT3, and RBBP4. Each is linked with PNISR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNISR-to-partner and partner-to-PNISR results are reported.
