PNCK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNCK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,754 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNCK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF3A, EIF3H, and ENO2. Each is linked with PNCK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNCK-to-partner and partner-to-PNCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNCK versus EIF3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
