Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNCK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,717 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNR, PTH2R, and ZNF274. Each is linked with PNCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNCK-to-partner and partner-to-PNCK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNCK versus TNR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
