Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMVK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,004 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMVK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial transport, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Thiamine metabolic process. Each is linked with PMVK in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMVK-to-partner and partner-to-PMVK results are reported.
