Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,646 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with PMS2P9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P9-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by PMS2P9-low versus PMS2P9-high in READ.
