PMS2P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51, NOTCH2, and CNTN1. Each is linked with PMS2P8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P8-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51 grouped by PMS2P8-low versus PMS2P8-high in OV.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
