Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMS2P4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PMS2P4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PMS2P4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PMS2P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where PMS2P4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
