Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,439 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA3, C7orf50, and EIF3B. Each is linked with PMS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2 versus RPA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
