Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBX1, PHF5A, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with PMS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBX1 grouped by PMS2-low versus PMS2-high in SKCM.
