PMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,262 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBAK, USP42, and ZNF12. Each is linked with PMS2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2 versus RBAK in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
