PMS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,985 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRWD1, XRCC6, and ORC3. Each is linked with PMS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS1-to-partner and partner-to-PMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS1 versus LRWD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
