Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, C12orf40, and USP17L3. Each is linked with PMS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS1-to-partner and partner-to-PMS1 results are reported.
