PMPCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMPCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,492 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMPCA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, TRAF2, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with PMPCA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMPCA-to-partner and partner-to-PMPCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMPCA versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMPCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMPCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
