Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMPCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMPCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB8B, TNFSF12, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PMPCA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMPCA-to-partner and partner-to-PMPCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMPCA versus RAB8B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMPCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMPCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
