PMPCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMPCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,318 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMPCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS2, RABL6, and DDX31. Each is linked with PMPCA in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMPCA-to-partner and partner-to-PMPCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMPCA versus MRPS2 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMPCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMPCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
