PMP22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMP22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Gab2, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with PMP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP22-to-partner and partner-to-PMP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by PMP22-low versus PMP22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
