Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMP22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,971 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMP22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with PMP22 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMP22-to-partner and partner-to-PMP22 results are reported.
